I baked a MEAN double-choc, choc-nut choc-extreme choc-choc chocolate-cake the other day for The Birthday Husband! I felt the big THREE OH deserved some form of flour, sweat and fears in the kitchen from his devoted wife.

And if I do say so myself, it was hot-dam delicious!

So I thought I’d share the recipe with ya’ll … just incase your pinterest recipe stash was running low. I found this one in the Pick n Pay magazine about a year ago, but have always been too terrified to try it out. I mean, not one but TWO slabs of grated chocolate.
